Refund & Returns


Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. One can get a receipt by login in into ColdMoon Account and click on Invoice to download.

There are certain situations where No Refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


You can now apply for the return request directly from your ColdMoon account in the website site. Please follow the simple steps mentioned below to submit your return request within 7 days from the order is delivered:

  1. Login to your account on ColdMoon Website from which you have placed the order.
  2. Go to Account Dashboard and choose Orders.
  3. From the order list, select the order you want to apply for refund by selecting Refund Option.
  4. In the return application, select the type of return you want and specify the reason of return. Specify valid contact information so that our team will contact you and guide you in the return process.
  5. In case of multiple products, please apply for return for each item by clicking on the return option against the item.
  6. Submit the Request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you to clarify details about the return and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a refund request by login in into ColdMoon Account and select an Exchange Request in the return application form. The Exchange will be offered/delivered at previously placed address only.
